Join Miranda Madich, Tana Daugherty, and Andrea Rocha as we embark on this Soulful Pause where, together, we’ll create space to rediscover connection to self, nature, and community. Held in a sacred container, you’ll enjoy meaningful daily practices of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, contemplation, guided journaling, and immersion in local Balinese culture. This retreat balances the offerings in community as we do deep dives into soulful inner work and outer exploration of nature and culture – while also offering sacred solo time to explore, rest, and reset. We will rediscover that balance is in the pause.

YOUR RETREAT LEADERS
TANA
Tana is a 500 hr RYT yoga and meditation instructor, Reiki practitioner, and certified somatic practitioner who is passionate about mind-body connection and techniques that allow us to move through this world using movement and breath as we tune into the intrinsic wisdom of our bodies to heal. With a focus on Yin, Nidra, Sound Healing and Reiki, Tana is deeply grateful to support others on their own journeys of self-exploration and healing.
ANDREA
Andrea is a 200 hr RYT yoga instructor and mindfulness facilitator. She is a movement enthusiast and has practiced yoga on a weekly basis for nearly a decade. She draws inspiration from other forms of movement she practices regularly, including pilates, dance, and strength and cardio training. Andrea crafts each class with intention and heart, incorporating key pillars of yoga philosophy and often aligning with nature’s rhythms. Her classes are vibrant, dynamic, and uplifting, encouraging us to be present and expand awareness.
MIRANDA
Miranda is a 200 hr RYT yoga instructor, Barre Bohemian certified instructor + Lead Trainer, and a life long dancer. Using movement to express feelings and release stagnant energy, Miranda’s classes focus on intentional breath to movement flows with options to challenge your physical, mental + spiritual paths. In class, you will move with the music to bring all into unison.
