Cancellation Policy

By applying for participation in this retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy: To reserve your space, an $800 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. We offer payment plans as well as a special for those paying in full by February 22, 2025.

Because we understand that plans change, we offer a cancellation grace period up to April 1, 2025 at 9pm PST, which allows you to cancel by that date with a refund of all monies paid EXCEPT your $800 deposit. Unfortunately, because our payment commitment to the resort is due at the time each reservation is accepted, after April 1st, the deposit, plus any payments made are fully non-refundable and non-transferable. Our nonrefundable policy is essential, as funds are allocated in advance to secure the retreat’s key elements—property bookings, transportation, meals, and excursions—which are committed well in advance to create the best possible experience and are non-refundable to us as organizers. We understand that unexpected events can arise that may affect your plans. For this reason, we highly recommend purchasing refundable airfare AND travel insurance which may cover cancellation under certain conditions outlined in your policy. We may be able to work with you if you/we are able to find someone to fill your reserved spot.

**BEFORE making the commitment to join us, please verify your schedule to attend and account for all travel costs and time, as many flights include 24 hours travel each way. We will confirm your acceptance into the retreat the same day you apply so that you can book your flights as soon as possible. By applying and placing your deposit, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms, which are designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all participants and organizers.
